我國電烤箱能源效率基準之研究

Study on Energy Efficiency Standard of Electric Oven

摘要


用電器具能源效率管理係促進用電器具提升能源使用效率的有效措施,電烤箱為家庭廚房主要用電器具之一,提供其食物烘烤之用,若能提升其能源使用效率,對節能減碳將有正面的助益。本文旨在探討電烤箱能源效率測試方法及研訂其能源效率基準,經由資料蒐集研析、採樣測試、效率水準評估、基準草案研擬、業者座談會召開等過程,本研究完成電烤箱能源效率基準建議案,可提供政府主管單位推動電烤箱能源效率管理之參考。

It is an effective measure to promote the enhancement of energy using efficiency of electrical appliances by carrying out the energy efficiency management. Electric ovens are one typical household kitchen electrical appliances for baking food. To enhance the energy using efficiency of said product is good for energy conservation and deduction of CO2 emission. This paper is studying on the energy efficiency testing method and drafting the energy efficiency standards of electric ovens .By collecting and analyzing the related data, testing the samples, assessing the efficiency level, drafting the standards and holding the stakeholder meeting, this study has finished the proposal draft of energy efficiency standards of electric ovens which could offer the government agency in charge the reference to implement the energy efficiency management of said product.
