大台北地區國小教師工作壓力與休閒參與之關係研究

A Study on Relationship between Teacher's Job Stress and Leisure Participation of Elementary School Teacher in Greater Taipei Area

摘要


本研究旨在了解大台北地區(台北市、台北縣與基隆市)國小教師工作壓力與休閒參與之現況,並探討不同背景變項在工作壓力與休閒參與上之差異情形,以及工作壓力與休閒參與之相關性。本研究係以「個人基本資料」、「工作壓力量表」以及「休閒參與量表」為研究工具,以立意抽樣方法進行問卷調查,共發出455份問卷,有效樣本329份,結果顯示:一、大台北地區國小教師之工作壓力普遍良好,以「行政干涉」層面感受較為強烈;二、不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、自覺健康狀況在「工作壓力整體」層面上有顯著差異;三、大台北地區國小教師較常從事休憩型、娛樂型及知識型的休閒活動;四、不同婚姻狀況之國小教師在休閒參與無顯著差異;而不同性別、年齡、教育程度及自覺健康狀況之國小教師,則有顯著差異;五、大台北地區國小教師工作壓力整體層面與娛樂型呈顯著正相關,而與「社交服務型」、「休憩型」及「休閒參與整體」呈顯著負相關。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers' job stress and leisure participation of elementary school teachers in greater Taipei Area. A total of 455 questionnaires were sent and 329 valid response samples were selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that: (1) Elementary school teachers in greater Taipei Area, their job stress in general are good, thus they feel the pressure from administrative interference; (2) Different gender, age, marital status, education background and health condition have significant difference in job stress; (3) The leisure participation of elementary school teachers in greater Taipei Area have found frequently taking pant in recreational, entertaining and knowledge-based leisure activities; (4) Different gender, age, education backgrounds and self-perceived physical health status have found significant difference in leisure participation; (5) Job stress and entertainment have found significant positive correlations; Job stress, social service, recreational and leisure participation have negative correlations.
