平版印刷從業人員專業能力需求之探討

摘要

本研究旨在探討現行平版印刷從業人員所需要的專業能力，而以印刷廠的廠長或領機為研究對象。以問卷調查的方式進行本研究。問卷資料主要以SPSS為分析工具，其統計方法採用次數分配、百分比、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較等統計方法，描述各變項的分佈情況。所得之結論如下：
（一）本研究找出4大類共30項之平版印刷從業人員所需具備的專業能力，表示身為一個平版印刷從業人員必須具備這些基本能力。
（二）不同教育程度的受訪者對於「印刷適性」、「印刷機械」、「維修保養」、「綜合要項」這4大類共30項之專業能力的看法沒有顯著的差異，表示不同教育程度的受訪者對於這些專業能力的看法一致。
（三）不同工作年資的受訪者對於「印刷機械」的「水、墨輥及印版、橡皮、壓力各輥筒間壓力的調整」，以及「綜合要項」的「印刷傳票工作單閱讀」專業能力的看法有顯著的差異。表示對於上述兩項專業能力的看法，會受到受訪者工作年資的影響。
（四）不同職務的受訪者對於「綜合要項」的「印刷傳票工作單閱讀」專業能力的看法有顯著的差異。表示對於上述專業能力的看法，會受到受訪者職務的影響。

The purpose of this study was to explore competence of operating personnel of offset printing. The research subject was the controller and mechanist in the printing press. The method of this research was questionnaire survey. To analyze the result of surveys, several statistical methods would be operated, including frequency distribution, percentage, One-Way ANOVA, Independent-Samples T Test, and Sheffe. This research conclusion was:
1. It was found that thirty professional competences in this study, and each items shown that as operating personnel of offset printing must have thirty basic competences.
2. It didn't have difference results about printability, printing press, maintenance, and comprehensive items in different educational background.
3. It had difference results about printing press, and comprehensive items in different work period of service.
4. It had difference results about comprehensive items in different appointment.
