3D立體印刷技術結合模內射出之應用

The Study of 3D Printing Applying in In-Mould Decoration

摘要


本研究提出以平版印刷印製光柵板立體印刷與模內射出相結合,製程中採用現有規格的四種光柵板材料,以UV Primer打底後印刷四色油墨,再印製防衝、耐溫及接著油墨,經模切後將光柵薄膜置放在射出機內經高溫高壓與塑料結合完成有立體效果的模內裝飾成品,實驗過程中需經多項測試與改進才能順利完成初步結果,證明用3D立體印刷結合模內射出的技術確實可行。

This research proposed the combination of Lenticular printing and In-Mould Decoration. In the making we use four specification of Lenticular sheet. Firstly printing primer ink on Lenticular sheet with KBA machine, Secondly printing four color ink, and then printing with heat resistance ink and Adhesion ink. After Lenticular sheet cutting and put in injection machine, with union of plastics by high temperature and high pressure, to make out the stereoscopic In-Mould Decoration product. In order to complete the preliminary result smoothly multiple test and improvement was constantly made in experiment. It does prove that the technique of 3D stereoscopic printing combining with In-Mould Decoration is feasible.
