摘要

2010年我國政府與中國大陸簽署兩岸經濟合作架構協議(Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement, ECFA)，使長期以來發展已久的兩岸產業的競合，正式浮上檯面，而中國大陸在經濟建設在十一五計畫的基礎上，開始投入第十二個五年計畫，其中對於當地印刷產業的發展策略有了明確的規劃與發展，因此本研究透過文獻資料的蒐集與分析，重新檢視兩岸印刷產業發展的異同，並提出台灣印刷產業的新契機，共提出六大發展策略：一、運用政府資源進行技術導入及研發；二、加強人才培育，推動產學合作；三、推動聯盟聚落形成在地供應鏈；四、當合新興產業開拓內需市場；五、落實台灣優質印刷品標章機制，建立產品形象；六、跨產業技術整合，異業結盟能量交流。

2010, our government signed with China cross-strait economic cooperation framework agreement (Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement, ECFA), the two sides has long been the development of long-competing industries, the official come to the fore, but mainland China's economic construction in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Based on the Twelfth Five-Year Plan put in to them for the local printing industry with a clear development strategy for the planning and development, this study collected data through literature review and analysis, re-examine the similarities and differences between the development of crossstrait printing industry And proposed a new opportunity for cooperation and competition.
