照明用白光LED定量螢光光譜測試與白光色彩結構在LED封裝工業上的應用

摘要


白光LED是未來固態照明主流元件,其中在封裝所使用的螢光材料光色效果,會直接影響與決定封裝後白光LED的品質。目前在台灣與中國二地將近百分百LED封裝廠商都無法在封裝前,對其所用螢光材料進行光色品質的控管,也無法掌握住其材料的光色特性,去控制封裝後白光LED成品的光色品質。本次實驗;主要就是以白光LED光譜分解功能與完全模擬LED光學測試平台二者整合,提供LED螢光材料一個最佳的光色分析方式。

White light LEDs have become the key components of Solid-state lighting. However, the color effect of phosphor materials, used in the LED package process, has the direct impact on the white light quality of LEDs considered after packaged. Nowadays, almost 100% of LED package manufactures in both Taiwan and Mainland China couldn't have effective tools, which can be used to control and evaluate the color quality of phosphors materials used in white light LED before packaged. As a result, it is also impossible to control the color quality of white light LEDs after packaged. Therefore, the aim of the study is to provide an algorithm to respectively separate the white light spectra produced by blue LED chip (GaN) and phosphor materials. Then, an LED simulation module/platform can be further build up to provide an optimized analysis solution for the color quality of LED phosphor materials.
