光柵板3D印刷應用於軍工技術實務立體攝影之研究

A Study of Lenticular Printing Used in Military Technology Practices Stereo Photography

摘要


光柵板立體印刷之應用包羅萬象,但光柵板(平面立體化)立體印刷呈現出『重影』現象,將影響到視覺立體感受效果,故亟需先找出最適切的尺寸及觀眾最佳的觀賞距離,並可搭配不同的立體深度變化,才能有創新的行銷出擊。本研究目的為使軍工技術圖像以光柵板(PET材質)立體印刷達到「最佳及最適印刷之『立體深度值』」,同時能更深入與精準匹配以輔助軍工技術作業安全與教學中,學員(生)操作車床的精準度與穩定度,賡續光柵板立體印刷適性實驗與應用。本研究藉由在實驗操作上採用(軍工技術教學半成品)立體位移攝影方法,搭配軟體的操作與運用,針對目前光柵板立體印刷有圖像比較模糊及呈現出雙重影像,在實驗設計時找材料製作立體的最佳拍攝參數範圍。研究成果為101.54LPI之軍工物品立體拍攝合成圖舒適度判定以每張僅旋轉0.8075度內為佳。75.57LPI之軍工物品立體拍攝合成圖舒適度判定以每張僅旋轉0.8075度內為佳62.42LPI之軍工物品立體拍攝合成圖舒適度判定以每張僅旋轉1.615度內為佳。
