摘要


本研究探討高速印刷週期性抖動下,利用相機作非接觸式色彩量測的準確程度。本研究透過高速馬達運動,模擬印刷的週期性波動。振幅範圍在1~4mm之間,轉速達每小時18,000轉。與靜止時的色塊比較發現高振幅環境下,平均色差高達4.2E。易造成色彩品質的誤判,需要研發更精確的高速色彩量測方式。

The present study aims to investigate the accuracy of camera-based color measurement under periodical vibrating printing conditions. A high speed motor with crooked color disks were used to simulate the periodical printing vibration. The amplitude was between 1 to 4 mm to simulate a high speed web printing at 18,000 revolutions per hour. The results show that the mean color differences measured by the camera was as high as 4.2 E compared with static state. The differences are big enough to cause worng quality control. The results suggest a more sophisticated camera-based system is needed to achevie accuracy color measurement in the vibrating conditions.
