印刷產業導入企業資源規劃（Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP）之需求與探討

臺灣印刷產業的管理正面臨數位化流程再造的階段。雖然印刷產業的管理在印前、印刷、印後製程實施了部分數位化，例如印前作業資訊數位化、CIP4等流程；但運用傳統的管理觀念在印刷產業中還佔有相當大的比例。傳統的印刷廠管理體制資訊化程度較低，印刷業主要依賴本身可利用資源來建立公司競爭優勢，這限制了公司的創新思維，從而影響印刷業應變市場能力和經營活力。因此印刷同業都已經意識到數位化管理的重要，引進或開發專業印刷管理軟體以適應公司所需，提高本身的競爭優勢。導入ERP系統是印刷企業強化競爭的一個相當重要的切入點！印刷業唯有建立專屬ERP系統，才能將資源整合，透過數位化的管理方式，再創經營高峰。

Taiwan's printing industry is facing the rengineering phase of digitization process in management. As traditional printing factories have lower degree of information management system, all of them can build their competitive advantage only relying on their limited available resources, which may limit their innovative thinking and further affect their market response capabilities and business vitality. In view of this, while realizing the importance of digital management, the printing industry has started introducing or developing professional print management software meeting their needs in order to boost their competitive advantage. The introduction of ERP system is a very important breakthrough point to strengthen the printing enterprise's competition capabilities. So establishing a dedicated ERP system is the only way the printing industry can choose to integrate their resources and create another business summit through digitization management.
