紅外線浮水印運用於紫外線平板印刷之研究-以聚氯乙烯材料為例

Infrared Watermark for UV Offset Printing-The Example of Polyvinyl Chloride

摘要


面對全球化的產業競爭,包裝材料及特殊材質普遍使用紫外線平版印刷,網點表現細緻且能多色疊印,乾燥速度快可減少後加工等待時間。由於紅外線浮水印具有防偽功能,能使印刷技術創新增加商品價值,因此運用平版印刷技術方式,設計並且製作具有資料隱藏的球員卡。於一般光源下為球員卡,在紅外線下偵測能呈現隱藏訊息的防偽功能,新防偽技術運用於塑膠卡片上,以提高產品附加價值與達到大量輸出的目標。紅外線浮水印是藉由數位半色調與數位過網技術及墨色與光學原理設計而成,運用Matlab程式將半色調網點以調幅(AM)網點與調頻(FM)網點適當結合,並製作不同的濃度灰階導表,選取最佳的濃度組合製作成二維條碼紅外線浮水印,並置入球員卡內,使用紫外線平版印刷製作,藉由紅外光對不同色墨之穿透性差異,以紅外線偵測檢視浮水印,驗證加密效果。研究結果顯示塑膠卡片於一般光源下觀察是球員卡,經由紅外線偵測時,四色油墨中黑墨呈現深色影像,藍、紅、黃色則呈現透明,可清楚地辨認二維條碼,達到防偽效果。結合紅外線浮水印技術與紫外線平版印刷方式在PVC材料上,將可進行大量製作且依然能保有紅外線隱藏訊息,有助於卡片的防偽功能與提昇商品價值。

To face the global competition, UV offset printing is now widely used in the packaging and special printing, its main feature is colorful, fast-drying and, high-efficiency production. Because (security features) of the infrared watermark, it can make lithographic technology innovative and value-added. Therefore this study is to use lithography to produce the player's card with the hidden information features in visible light. With the infrared detection the hidden messages Which having (and anti-counterfeiting) can be observed security features on plastic cards. In order to improve product added value and achieve the goal of mass production. According to data hiding by infrared watermark, digital halftoning is modified by digital technology. The halftone dots are combined with amplitude modulation (AM) dots and frequency modulation (FM) dots. It is mainly used to hide the two-dimensional bar code (2D barcode) watermark and to embed it into the player's card by the infrared technology. Producing by ultraviolet lithography, we have the card with value added and anti-counterfeiting effectiveness. Preliminary results show that the hidden watermark on the player cards are detected by the infrared, and black ink shows dark image, while cyan, Magenta and yellow inks show transparent. The hidden two-dimensional bar code can be clearly identified under infrared detection, and it will be mass-produced and be able to keep hidden messages.
