新北市立圖書館深坑分館讀者服務滿意度之研究

公共圖書館是知識的寶庫，同時也肩負著保存推動地方文化資源，促進民眾終身教育的任務，其中鄉鎮圖書館更扮演重要的角色。雖然鄉鎮圖書館已經普遍設置，但是在使用率上卻不如預期。造成這種情況的原因，最主要是圖書館在經營上往往受限於經費，無法建立完善的館藏以滿足所有讀者對於各種不同資源的需求。而一般社會大眾對於圖書館仍存有刻板印象，對於圖書館扮演為民眾提供資訊服務、滿足資訊需求等功能，以及做為社會教育與終身學習的機構，鮮少產生認同。因此造成公共圖書館雖然普遍的設置但是卻無法彰顯功能的現象。本研究專注於瞭解地方圖書館對於社區文化服務方針的滿意度調查，以新北市立圖書館深坑分館為主要調查目標，以發放問卷與分析的方式瞭解深坑當地居民對地方圖書館的服務滿意程度為何，透過回收問卷與數據分析，發現當地居民對於圖書館的整體服務算是滿意，但是對於硬體方面則須待加強。由於深坑區在新北市中算是較為偏遠及人口較少的區域，因此在硬體升級的資金需求及規劃方面較為困難，這問題牽涉到政府在地化政策之決策，本研究指提出相關意見供大眾參考。

Public Library is a treasure house of knowledge, but also shoulder the preservation of local cultural resources to promote, facilitate the task of the people of lifelong education, which is more Town Library plays an important role. Although the town library has been generally set, but not as good as expected on usage. The general public still have stereotypes for the library, the library plays for providing information services for the public to meet the information needs and other functions, as well as social education and lifelong learning institutions, rarely identify with. Thus causing widespread public libraries have set up but can not reveal the functionality of the phenomenon.
