從工業1.0談到工業4.0

An Overview from Industry 1.0 to Industry 4.0

摘要


「工業4.0」源自於德國的一項資訊科技策略。其內容係結合網路雲端的巨量數據、各種智慧型感知機制及高精準性的處理設備。工業4.0的理念與執行涵蓋著製造產業至其他行業的資源系統整合,以如此方式進行生產,品質效率及決策將達到長足的進展。本文內容概括性探討工業1.0至工業4.0的理念。各階段間的演變代表著科技發展及生產觀念的改變。目前所發展階段的工業4.0,其運作是以設備搭配感知裝置,在智能化雲端資料庫及大數據為基礎的支援下,將生產模式變得更具人性化思考,並兼顧高效能。由於工業1.0到3.0的發展,至最後成封閉型的環狀智慧控制,並且無連結大數據庫的功能運用,而工業4.0在智能化的感知方面,不僅向前邁出一大步,並因結合大數據庫,如此,可以進行自動化的資訊蒐集和巨量資訊的分析,再執行因應動作。在印刷領域方面,工業4.0理念可以應用在生產及商業行銷等方面。在印刷製程之中,感知裝置可以測得影響品質的諸多因素而調整印刷控制,以維持良好品質。另外,它對於色彩管理的色彩再現性也有著極大的助益。

Industry 4.0 is a technology strategy which originated from German. It includes cloud computingbased Big Data, smart mechanism and precise processing equipment. The idea and implement of Industry 4.0 is referred to the integration of various resource systems composed of manufacturing and other industries. When the production based on Industry 4.0 is able to largely promote the qualities of products and the effectiveness of processing. In this paper, the ideas from Industry 1.0 to Industry 4.0 are reviewed. The evolutions between the ideas of the various stages mean the changes of industrial technologies and production concepts in the various stages. The current stage of development - Industry 4.0, the manufacturing including lots of equipment with perceptual devices which smart could computing database support is more humanized. Since the network types form industry 1.0 to industry 3.0 are finally developed to be the closed structures of ring topology and do not link to Big Data databases. However, the manufacturing productions from Industry 4.0 have better perception ability and contain Big Data; therefore a number of information is collected automatically and analyzed, and then the smart mechanism will take actions on the basis of analyses. In printing industry, the idea of Industry 4.0 can apply to production and marketing. The conceptual devices in printing process measure many factors that effect printing qualities and then printing control will be modified to maintain printing qualities. Furthermore, color management to excellent color reproducibility will be obtained because of the implement of Industry 4.0.
