特多龍網版與複合式網版張力穩定度之比較研究

一般傳統網版，被要求是能印出圖像清晰及完整，網布是相當重要的材料，而網版張力是被許多人所被忽視的製作條件，也是基本架構之一，因應時代變遷，科技潮流的需求，而影響精度最主要的其中一項原因在於選擇網版的種類與網布材質影響了張網後的網版張力。網版使用網布從單純的尼龍網一直到複合式網版，鋼絲網與尼龍網結合使用，鋼絲網配合不同材質的網布適用於各種不同的行業，像是聚酯纖維網、抗靜電特殊網、軋壓網、V-screen 網、金屬網、鎢絲網。而張力影響是分色套印準度、刮刀磨損度、油墨澱積均勻度、間接耐印力低、等重要的關鍵。多種網類的選擇就是應用於不同的行業的需求，並依產品精細度，精準度、耐用度的多種考量做進一步的使用選擇，並可給網印和科技業相關的材料選擇考慮方向，以避免觀念導致錯誤選用去製版而影響整體生產品無法順利的達到期望值，提升網印品質首先必須從基本的網布選擇與配合張力的控制開始著手，本研究期望能給部分產業對於網版的用途有更正確的認知，而正確地掌握網布的選用材質，以及配合網版張力的重要性。

Traditional screens are generally required to be able to print clear and complete images, where its cloth is the crucial material. But, of the basic structure, the screen tension is a commonly overlooked condition of production. Amid the changing time and required by the trend of technology, one of the major causes affecting precisions is the selection of type of screen and the materials for the cloth, which affects the screen tensions after the screen is spread. The cloth used for screens has been evolved from the simple nylon screen to composite screens and the combined use of steel mesh and nylon mesh. steel mesh in combination with mesh of different materials, like polyester mesh, anti-static mesh, OSC, V-screen, metal mesh and tungsten mesh, is suitable for different trades. Effects of tensions are the key to the accuracy of multi-color printing, wearing on scraper, homogeneity of ink deposit and low indirect durability. The choice of multiple types of screen is a further selection taking into account the refinement of product, accuracy and durability to apply to the requirements of different trades. This also can provide the industries of screen printing and technology more choices of materials as directions for consideration so as to avoid the selection, from incorrect idea, of screen making that affects the overall products and creates difficulty to achieve the expectation. To increase the quality of screen printing, it is necessary to begin by the basic selection of mesh and the control of working tension. This study hopes to offer some industries a better understanding of the use of screens, so they have proper comprehension of the selection of mesh materials and the importance of screen tensions to work with.
