感溫變色油墨適性研究與應用

摘要


感溫變色油墨,為一種隨溫度變化使其油墨顏色發生變化的特殊油墨,當油墨受熱或冷卻達某一溫度範圍,將會產生油墨轉色的可逆反應,油墨裡的變色材料於1952年發現,經過多年的研究及發展,已開發出無機、有機、液晶、聚合物以及生物大分子、微膠囊等等具有此種特性的材料,其特殊性質被廣泛應用,例如:包裝印刷、防偽標識、日用品、工藝品、服飾及其他…等產品或物品。雖然其運用範圍從最初的室溫材料,發展至日常生活中的各個領域,但其多變性在設計運用上實屬不易,希望能透過本研究,瞭解其轉色原理、溫度變化範圍及其印刷方式,並將研究成果應用於商品設計,為本研究的主要動機。本研究使用實驗法,將台北崇裕科技有限公司所提供12 色的變色油墨的Panton 色色號以Adobe Illustrator CS6 程式裡的PANTON+CMYKCoated 色表轉成CMYK 色塊進行數位印刷製作樣本後,將12 色以網版印刷的方法套印在樣本上觀察其覆蓋能力與疊印效果,製作成演色表,並且成為設計商品的參考依據。研究測量結果可整理比較得知二次套印較一次套印覆蓋疊印效果好,深藍色和黑色對於其他色塊的覆蓋效果相對較好並且感溫變色油墨達31℃變色後仍會影響原色塊色彩,使其成為日後設計參考的依據。

Thermochromic material is a special ink that changes the color of the ink with temperature. When the ink is heated or cooled to a certain temperature range,it will produce a reversible reaction of ink color conversion. Thermochromic material was discovered in 1952, has developed inorganic, organic, liquid crystal, polymer and biological macromolecules, microcapsules and so on with such characteristics of the material after years of research and development. Its special nature is widely used, for example: packaging and printing, security logo, daily necessities, handicrafts, clothing and other products and other items. Although its use ranges from the initial room temperature material to daily life in various fields, its variability in the design and use is not easy. Hope that through this study to understand its color conversion principle, the temperature range and its printing method. Besides, the application of research results to commodity design is the main motivation for this study. This study uses the experimental method.It will be printing 12 colors on the sample with screen printing method. Observe its coverage and overprint effect ,made into a color table and become a reference for the design of goods. The results of the study can be compared:the overprint effect of the second printing is better than the first printing. 394C and Black 5C2X of the overprint effect is better than the else color,too. The color chgange when the ink is heated to 31℃, the sample color can be also affected.Making it a basis for future design reference.
