本文以卡地布部落爲例,以其延續傳統會所制度精神而於近十年歷史發展當中成這部落的重要組織一卡地布青年會(知本青年會)爲研究主體,嘗試整理、解析歷屆青年會於部落教育所注重的觀念與事務在族人眼中具有的效益及其實踐過程以來面臨的問題。 研究中發現,卡地布青年會自爭取巴拉冠用地及恢復會所制度以來所提供的環境,確實對就學階段的少年與青少年於族群教育及自我認同方面具有正向影響。不管是對族群與自我的認識、對文化的了解、對自己身爲原住民一份子的體認,卡地布有心擁抱母體文化的孩子們都在參與巴拉冠行事的過程中,獲得部落所提供的原住民教育。至於目前存在於孩子、家庭、學校、部落、女學童與青年會之間有待突破的問題,則有賴未來更多的溝通與共識以期規劃與發展。
Taking the kaTipuL tribal community as an example, how it sustains the spirit of traditional system of palakuwan in the past ten years as an important tribal organization, this article tries to arrange, analyze the concepts and affairs emphasized by kaTipuL palakuwan and the effects and the problems it faces in the fulfillment process. The research finds out the environment provided since the land of palakuwan won by the kaTipuL and the restoration of the system of palakuwan definitely has positive effects on those juveniles who are attending schools, no matter on the understanding of communities and themselves and their own cultures and the identification of themselves as a part of indigenous people. Those who want to embrace mother culture in the involvement have received the indigenous education. As to the problems to be broken through among the children, their families, schools, communities and including jeune fille on the communication and consensus in the future planning and development.
