摘要


本文目的建立雙折射偏振稜鏡與兩偏振光分離角設計,研究方法係採用ZEMAX光學設計程式多重組態進行雙折射偏振稜鏡偏振光分離角之設計與偏振態分析。一般傳統雙折射偏振稜鏡製作是雙折射偏振稜鏡加工完成之進行量測,本文創新方法是先量測模擬再進行雙折射偏振稜鏡加工。如此可縮短研發時程與加工成本。使光學工程師學習獲得評估光學元件性能的實際經驗,提升產品生產良率。

This paper studies to design the birefringence polarization prism and analyzes output splitting angle and the polarization state of Wollaston prism. The ordinary ray and the extraordinary ray were established by multi-configuration mode of ZEMAX optical software to analyze output splitting angle and the polarization state of Wollaston prism. In general, the manufacturing process of the Wollaston prism is the measurement of the Wollaston prism after making it. But in this paper we have firstly created, to do in the reverse way, that is, after the simulation of the Wollaston prism’s measurement, and then make it. So, it can lower the cost of the product and also decrease the time of research and development. This technique will provide practical experience in evaluating double refractive system product performance quickly before mass production and good yield rate for the optical engineers.
