熱泵製冷製熱於醫院節能應用效益之研究

Study of Heat Pumps for the Application of air-conditioning and Heating for Beneficial Energy Saving of Hospital

摘要


因為能源短缺與溫室效應之問題使得節能與減碳已成為全世界的重要議題。醫院全年無休,消耗大量能源以供應機器設備正常運作,提供居住與在內從業人員生活基本所需,其中以中央空調系統與蒸氣鍋爐供應熱水系統耗能甚巨。本文利用能源經濟觀念,以某醫院實際能源耗用做為節能規劃的案例。當熱泵應用在製熱時,其中一組吸取外氣熱源,另外兩組依照空調機冰水回水的熱源,將壓縮機所產生的熱量轉製為熱水,以替代原蒸氣鍋爐所供應熱水。當熱泵應用在製冷部份時,則協助原空調系統調節室內溫度。根據醫院三種不同供熱水系統之熱泵設計分析,由研究案例的數據顯示,新型式雙效熱泵機組的性能表現最佳,其功能不僅作為製作熱水,亦可當冷氣主機使用。即使熱水儲槽之熱水溫度到達設定值時,熱泵機組亦偵測室內溫度值,若室內溫度高於設定值,熱泵機組仍繼續運轉以提供冷氣,而冷凝器所產生的熱,借由原冷氣系統之冷卻水塔管路排放散熱。本文估算出瓦斯熱水器、電能熱水器、煙管式蒸汽鍋爐、空氣熱源式熱泵、雙效式熱泵及新型雙效式熱泵每噸所需的費用。最後估算空氣熱源式熱泵、雙效式熱泵及新型雙效式熱泵投入成本的回收時間。本文研究結果可提供大型醫療機構或相關產業類似需求,在新建築物熱源規劃或舊建物熱泵熱水系統做為節能減碳設計之參考。

Because the shortage of energy and the greenhouse effect is a serious problems that the energy saving and carbon reduction become an important issue all over the world. The hospital does not rest in whole year, the massive energy is needed to supply for the machinery to well operation. It also provides the housing and the jobholders to live. The most of the energy is consumed in the central air-conditioning system and the steam boiler supply hot water system.This thesis takes the actual energy consumption of a hospital for energy saving planning by using the concept of energy economics. The operation principle is while these heating pumps which produced heat in practice, one set of them absorbs the heat source from outsides, another two sets therefore transform the heat created by compressor into hot water according to the cooling water inlet of the air conditioner. It is eventually transfered to supply the hot water instead of the original steam boiler. When the heating pumps are applied to refrigerate that will assist the original air-conditioning system to adjustment indoor temperature.The analysis is based on three kinds of different types of heat pump to supply heat water system for the hospital. The data of the case study shows that the performance of the new type double-function heat pump is the best. The double-function heat pump is not only produce heat water but also for air conditioning. Even if the temperature of heat water of storage tank arrive the setting value, the heat pump also detects the indoor temperature value. If the indoor temperature is higher than the setting value, the heat pump still continued to provide the air conditioning. The heat is produced by the condenser which radiated via the pipeline of the cooling tower of the original air conditioning system to emission. This article estimates the expense per ton which including the gas water heater, the electrical energy water heater, the flue type steam boiler, the outdoor air type heat pump, the double-function heat pump and new type double-function heat pump.Finally, we estimate the cost recovery period for the outdoor air type heat pump, the double-function heat pump and new type double-function heat pump. This thesis can be referenced by the large-scale hospital or the industrial to design the heat pump for heat water system in order to energy saving and carbon reduction such as the new building heat source planning or the old building
