臨床上瓷牙於裝戴前,經常需要調整而損毀平滑的釉質表面。應該如何處理才能獲得理想與有效的表面是值得探討的問題。本研究以上釉的瓷牙試片分別經四種瓷牙研磨組合與二種上釉方式處理。以掃描電子顯微鏡對試片之表面特徵與粗糙性作評估,結果顯示: (1)經瓷牙研磨組合處理後,表面仍呈現相當的不規則性。故表面調整後有再上釉的必要。 (2)四組研磨組合僅Anson鑽石磨膏有較好的臨床效果。 (3)高溫上釉法較自然上釉法的表面平滑。 (4)瓷牙先經過良好的研磨再施予高溫上釉法可得到最平滑的表面;未研磨便施予高溫上釉法效果居次。
Twenty-four specimens of porcelain were brought to a high bisque bake under the same conditions. The surface characteristics produced by four porcelain polishing systems and two glazing techniques were studied by scanning electron microscopy and surface roughness tracing technique. The results were summarized: The high-temperature glazing technique could provide a smoother surface than the autogenous glazing technique. Applying porcelain finishing polish would greatly improve the surface texture, but the scratches and the bubbles exposed by abrasives were never completely eliminated unless a final glaze was applied. It is concluded that the surface of adjusted porcelain should be reglazed prior to the final cementation. Applying the final glaze over unpolished porcelain did produce a relatively smoother surface. The smoothest surface was obtained after applying the high-temperature glazing technique over well-polished porcelain.
