手術器械清潔流程與品質監控

當器械未達清潔標準，不僅會傷害器械正常功能，也會阻礙滅菌效果，很容易造成院內感染的群突發，進而影響病人生命安全及醫院聲譽等嚴重後果，衛福部也訂定「建立醫材器械消毒或滅菌管理機制」為2018-2019年度促進病人安全執行策略之一，因此引發本篇動機。本文章從污染區的設備管理、清洗時的防護裝備、髒污器械的運送方式、清洗流程、清潔品質的監測等一一概述，期能藉此加強人員醫療器材之清洗、去污的觀念及促進人員遵守器械清洗標準操作程序，以根除因清潔不全，導致滅菌不全而引發病人院內感染的事件發生，如此不僅能保護病人安全，也可以保護工作人員安全。

When a device does not meet cleanliness standards, it not only impairs its normal function but also hinders the sterilization effect. Causing sudden infections in a hospital is not difficult and affects patients' safety and the hospital's reputation. The Ministry of Health and Welfare established the ＂Management Mechanism for Disinfection or Sterilization of Medical Devices＂ to promote its patient safety implementation strategy in 2018-2019. Therefore, this article discusses the equipment management of contaminated areas and protective equipment during cleaning. The transportation methods, cleaning procedures, and monitoring of cleaning quality of dirty equipment are summarized. The purpose of this study was to improve the cleaning and decontamination of medical equipment and promote compliance with the standard operating procedures of equipment cleaning to prevent incomplete cleaning. Thus, patient and staff safety can be ensured.
