利用離體豚鼠右心室肌,試驗在不同氧供應下,哇巴因與異烴基洋地黃毒苷對心肌收縮力之影響,發現在缺氧情況下,醣苷增強心肌收縮力之作用顯著降低或不能表現。在不同氧成份供應下,測定洋地黃與哇巴因引起豚鼠心律不齊,心室纖維顫動與心摶停止之劑量,發現在缺氧情況下,均行降低,顯示醣苷之毒性在動物缺氧時增強或較易出現。
The influence of hypoxia upon the inotropic action of ouabain and digoxin was studied in guinea pigs' isolated right ventricular strips under aeration with various gas mixtures. It was shown that the inotropic action of these glycosides was markedly decreased under hypoxia. The cardiac irregularity, ventricular fibrillation and cardiac standstill doses of ouabain and digitalis in guinea pigs breathing room air, 15% O2 and 10% O2 oxygen-nitrogen mixtures were determined and compared. The toxicity of these cardiac glycosides was augmented by hypoxia.
