蘭陽地區夏季短期葉菜類種子預措、播種密度及覆蓋材料之研究

Influence of Seed Pretreatment, Sowing Density and Cover Materials on Growth of Summer Leafy Vegetable in Yilan Area

摘要


蘭陽地區夏季短期葉菜類主要為小白菜、莧菜及萵苣三種,本研究擬探討種子預措對發芽之效果、適當之播種密度以減少疏苗之人工,配合利用覆蓋材料降低害蟲為害之機會,以提高品質。結果顯示播種四日後小白菜(黃金或新嘉坡二品種)及葉萵苣種子預措處理在室溫(25℃)下浸種12小時的發芽係數可達98以上,莧菜則以5℃下浸種8小時發芽係數即達91以上。夏季種植小白菜以黃金白菜及新嘉坡白菜較佳,播種密度為4kg/ha,產量達12.7m.t./ha以上。莧菜以白莧菜或屏東軟枝青骨二品種,播種密度5kg/ha,產量達13.4m.t./ha。覆蓋物以不織布效果最佳,白莧菜產量為17.7m.t./ha,黃金白菜則為16.5m.t./ha,對品質提升效果最明顯,約減少2/3蟲孔數。

Experimental results showed that the germination coefficience of Pok Choi and Lettuce were higher than 98 after 4 days of soaked at room temperature for 12 hours. Amaranthus had germination coefficience more than 91 on 5℃ for 8 hours treatment. Pok Choi Golden and Chiguapo showed optimum growth in summer and the highest yield were more than 12.7 m.t./ha with the planting density of 4 kg/ha. The best varieties of Amaranthus were White and Pendon in summer and produced the highest yield of 13.4 m.t./ha with 5 kg/ha sowing density. The quantity and quality of Amaranthus and Pak Choi were highly improved when covered with non-woven fabric which produced 17.7 and 16.5 m.t./ha yield respectively, and the numher of insect bite was reduce to two-third.
