數位印花與傳統網版印花相比,其顏料的使用效率高、耗水量低,是較環保的加工技術。本研究係以聚丙烯紗線依不同比例透過圓編針織機混織不同聚酯紗線(包括聚酯咖啡紗及聚酯石墨烯紗),製成熱昇華轉印的素材,可分為PP/聚酯咖啡紗(PET佔43%)、PP/聚酯咖啡紗(PET佔60%)、PP/聚酯石墨烯紗(PET佔43%)及PP/聚酯石墨烯紗(PET佔60%)。其熱壓條件以溫度155℃、時間從200秒開始每次增加50秒到400秒為止,且壓力為3 kgf/m^2。由分光分析儀得到PP/聚酯咖啡紗(PET佔60%)在熱壓時間350秒時,會有最佳的表觀濃度;透過耐水洗色牢度可觀察到改變熱壓時間對布料之水洗色牢度並無影響,只對耐隆纖維的汙染較嚴重;而摩擦色牢度測試中,改變熱壓時間對乾濕摩擦的汙染級數影響不大。
The hot pressing conditions are set at a fixed temperature of 155℃, and the time starts from 200 seconds and increases by 50 seconds to 400 seconds each time. The PP/polyester coffee yarn (PET occupies 60%) obtained by the spectrometer will have the best apparent concentration when the hot pressing time is 300-350 seconds. Through the washing color fastness, it can be observed that changing the hot pressing time has no effect on the washing color fastness of the fabric, only the pollution of nylon fiber is serious; in the colorfastness to rubbing, it is necessary to change the heat pressing time to the pollution of dry and wet friction. The number of stages has little effect.
