目前老花眼最劊支的治療方式是配戴眼鏡。老花眼鏡片種類可分為近用單焦點鏡片和可看遠及近的多焦點鏡片，而多焦點鏡片包括傳統多焦點鏡片（即雙焦點及參焦點鏡片）和漸進式多焦點鏡片。以方便性的角度來看，擁有一付能同時看遠及近的眼鏡，比有多付看不同距離的眼鏡更能符合現代人的需求。眼科醫師應熟悉處方多焦點鏡片。本文探討雙焦點、參焦點及漸進式多焦點鏡片之特點，包括其製作技術、設計原理及適用之病人種類，以供臨床應用參考。

Presbyopia is a senile visual condition that is inevitable in all individuals. Having spectacles is one of the more common treatments available for presbyopia. Having a pair of multifocal lenses is more convenient than having more than one pair of spectacles for different occasions. This article summarizes raw materials, rationale and characteristics of different designs of multifocals.
