生質燃料熱化學法製程技術與產業進展

Thermochemical Biofuel Process Technology and Related Industrial Progress

摘要


利用生質燃料是降低溫室氣體排放的重要方法之一。美國、歐洲、巴西等有廣大森林或農產品之國家皆一直在進行研發工作,希望能開拓生物質料源,降低生產成本,降低污染物,提高產品品質。美國能源部(DOE, Departmentof Energy)於2009 通過19 項生質燃料,14 項為試驗工場級,4 項為展示工場級,1項為延續性計畫補助計畫。生物質轉化為生質燃料有生物法及熱化學法。 本文介紹熱化學法生物質轉化為汽油製程技術,包括纖維酒精、生質汽油、綠色汽油;生物質轉化為航空燃油製程技術;生物質轉化為柴油製程技術,包括固態觸媒催化轉酯化反應、可再生或綠色柴油、BTL(Biomass To Liquid)柴油及生物質轉化為生質燃油(Bio-Oil)製程技術與相關產業發展近況。

Biofuels is one of the important alternative fuel to reduce emission of greenhouse gases. The United States, Europe and Brazil that posses vast national forest or abundant agricultural products have engaged in research and development to have more conversion of biomass materials into biofuels with lower production costs, fewer production pollution and better product quality. The United States DOE in 2009 has 19 grants through the biofuel programs including 14 pilot plant scale projects, 4 demonstration plant scale projects and 1 successive project. Bio and thermal-chemical technologies are two major biomass conversion technologies. This article describes the thermo-chemical technologies of conversing biomass into gasoline including cellulosic ethanol, bio-gasoline and green gasoline, technologies conversing biomass into jet fuel, technologies conversing biomass into diesel fuel via solid catalyst catalyzed transesterification, into renewable or green diesel and BTL (Biomass To Liquid) diesel and technologies conversing biomass into bio-oil respectively. The latest development of related industries are also addressed.
