應用國人頭型資料庫探討安全帽尺寸分類

A Study of Safety Helmet Size in Relation to Size Classification in Taiwan's Worker Craniofacial Database

摘要


本研究以國人頭型資料庫為基礎,進行中國國家標準(CNS 2396-Z2009)「乘坐機車用安全帽」之分類模式統計分析與比對,以瞭解CNS標準所規範之大型、標準型、小型安全帽尺寸分類方式與國人頭型資料的適用性。 研究結果顯示現有CNS標準頭模較實際情形為短,且樣本資料尺碼越大,最大頭圍水平位置與FH平面距離越短,越貼近眉間點;反之頭圍越小者,其水平位置向上偏移。本研究建議依CNS標準來設計安全帽時,需進行局部尺寸調整,以吻合國人頭型尺寸。

The objective of this study is to evaluate the suitability of the safety helmet size classifications in the Chinese National Standards (CNS 2396-Z2009). The study compares the head sizes in the worker craniofacial database with the size classifications of motorcycle helmet performance standards in the Chinese National Standards. The results reveal that the CNS standard head shapes are actually shorter than those shown in real data under the same classification conditions. The distance between the maximum head circumference and the Frankfort Horizontal Plane is shown to be shorter in comparison with the native head shape. Based on the Chinese National Standards, the sizes of safety helmets should be adjusted slightly to match the size of laborers' typical craniofacial manikins.
