動態分析系統曾被我們用以測量手指的二維活動範圍,也可同時測量手指各關節活動情況。但其可信賴度並未有報告。因此本實驗的目的在釐清動態分析系統用於測量手指關節角度時的信賴度。結果顯示在手指被支架固定的情況下,使用動態分析系統所測得手指掌指關節、近位指間關節及遠位指間關節角度的誤差範圍各為1.9%、0.8%及3.1%。而使用傳統的量角器測量則有0.4%、1.4%及1.4%的誤差範圍於上述各關節。兩種測量方式所得結果雖有高度相關(correlation)但不完全一致(agreement)。上述差異可能係由於動態分析是系統根據表皮上黏貼的反光點位置計算角度和傳統量角器測量方式有所不同所導致的。
The motion analysis system has been utilized to record the active range of motion of finger joints. In this study, we evaluated the reliability of motion analysis system in recording the angles of the finger joints. The results showed that the motion analysis system is reliable in recording the angles of the finger joints of normal subjects with an intraclass correlation coefficients of 99.8%, 99.8%, and 97.9% respectively, for MP, PIP, and DIP joints. The corresponding coefficients of variation were 1.9%, 0.8% and 3.1% respectively. The correlation between the angular measurements evaluated by motion analysis system and goniometer was 0.92 for the MP joint, 0.86 for the PIP joint, and 0.78 for the DIP joint. But, the agreement between the angular measurements was still unsatisfactory. Comparisons between these measurements showed signficant differences for all the joints (P=0.0001, P=0.01, and P<0.0001 respectively, for the MP, PIP, and DIP joints.)
