Military application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in the United States and other advanced countries has been enabled for many years. Currently, UAVs have been applied for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, electronic warfare and even strike missions. Our country had initiated military UAV program since 2014. Mid-sized UAV Falcon is used for basic reconnaissance and surveillance purpose. UAV operators are under stress. We did literature search and compared the differences between Western countries (the United States, Israel) and Taiwan's UAV operators in terms of working pressure, depression and PTSD.
