甘藷品種耐寒性之研究

The Study on Chilling Tolerance of Sweet Potato Cultivars

摘要


根據甘藷(Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.)品種於5℃生長14天後之外表形態,以及在常溫(24/20℃)、低溫(7/ 7℃)1、3、5天與回溫(24/20℃)1、3天時葉片之相對含水量、葉綠素含量、丙二醛含量、電解質滲漏與葉綠素螢光,區分各品種之耐寒性。結果顯示,‘台農71號’、‘沖繩100號’及‘金門種’較為耐寒,‘台農65號’、‘西蒙1號’、‘花蓮紫心2’、‘ Satsumahikari’、‘陽明山紫心’與‘日本紫心’較不耐寒。

The chilling tolerance of sweet potato cultivars was evaluated by the plant appearance at 5℃ for 14 days, and leaf relative water content, leakage, chlorophyll and malondialdehyde contents and Fv/Fm at 7/7℃ for 5 days and 24/20℃ for following 3 days. Cultivar 'Tainung 71', 'Okinawa 100', and 'Kinmen' are more chilling-tolerant, while 'Tainung 65', 'Simen 1', 'Hualien Purple Flesh 2', 'Satsumahikari', 'Yangmingshan Purple Flesh' and 'Japan Purple Flesh' are more chilling-sensitive.
