光療法照射對人體皮膚膚質之影響

The Effect of Phototherapy on Human Skin

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解不同光波照射在皮膚上,是否會對皮膚膚色、細緻度產生影響,並比較不同光波照射皮膚後的改善效果。實驗利用發光二極體之作為皮膚的刺激光波。功率為3W的LED紅光、綠光、藍光、黃光進行連續三週光照,以受試者右手背為實驗區,左手背作為對照區,探討經由紅光、綠光、藍光、黃光照射後兩區域手背皮膚膚質之差異情形。結果半定量評估皮膚顏色、細緻度及主客觀心理感受之問卷內容採五等級評量法來判斷分析。實驗結果發現如下:1.紅光照射皮膚後,每週都有明顯的膚色提亮和膚質變細緻,以630nm紅光改善最為最顯著並持續的效果。2.黃光照射皮膚後,照射至第二週膚色提亮效果最佳。3.綠光照射皮膚後,照射至第二週膚質變細緻最為明顯。

The purpose of this study is to know whether the irradiation of light does improve the skin color, skin meticulous looks different, and to show by using which of the light wave improve the most.The experiments use LED to stimulate the skin. The power would be 3W of LED, red light, green light, blue light and yellow light to irradiate for 3 weeks from tester's right hand, to contrast with the left hand which has not been irradiated, to discuss the difference after using 3W of LED.We use 5 grade of questionnaire to assess the skin color and skin meticulous after experiments, the results are as follow:1. It is the best to irradiate by red light that the skin looks bright, and meticulous with 630nm of red light, which improve the most.2. It is obvious that skin looks brighter by irradiated yellow light in 2nd week.3. It is obvious that skin looks meticulous by irradiated green light in 2nd week
