求職文書－履歷表、自傳、應徵信的寫作

人人都需要工作或職業，然而我們不能坐在家裡等著工作或職業上門，而是須經過一番謀求的過程。謀職當然必先具備某些學養、技能與經驗，而在謀職的時候，備妥求職文書－履歷表、自傳、應徵信，是絕不可免的。時下的青年，「普遍缺乏妥善應用文字的能力」，「寫作能力普遍低落」，尚不知加強「中文應用文」的研習。有些大學校院，尚未開授「中文應用文」課程，即使開授，也不受重視，且有些「中文應用文」的教本，並未將求職文書列為章節來介紹，而坊間有關求職文書的書也不多。本文旨在介紹求職文書的寫作，並附以範例，供青年朋友參考，至望對他們的求職有所助益。

Everyone needs a job or a profession. However, people cannot stay at home and wait for the jobs to find them. Instead, they will have to undergo a certain procedures of job-finding. A good foundation of knowledge, technology, and experience are certainly the basic requirements, and the documents-a resume, an autobiography, and an application letter are definitely necessary. Modern youths at this moment, are ”commonly lacking in the ability to use the applied Chinese adequately,” usually ”weak in their writing ability”, neglecting the enhancement of the learning of the applied Chinese. Some universities have not yet started the course ”Applied Chinese”, or even if it was started, but was not made much of at school. Besides, some textbooks of Applied Chinese did not include the documents for applying for jobs and the books for finding jobs are quite limited in number. The purpose of this article is to introduce the skills of writing documents, supported with examples for the reference of the young people, expecting to be of use to them when they find jobs.
