摘要

醫療機構購買醫療儀器驗收開始使用後，便需擬定保養維持計畫，以維持儀器正常運作。由於醫療儀器的使用，可能會隨著時間效能改變，保養週期也需要調整。因此需要有一良好的系統來監控。然而醫療儀器種類繁多，風險等級不盡相同，若要全面隨時查檢保養，勢必耗費許多人力。本研究以WHO建議進行醫療儀器重要性評估，並檢討修正現行維護保養計畫。讓有保養維持計畫與沒有保養維持計畫都達到統計差異，以達人力的有效運用。未來並可以依醫療儀器設備之故障平均時間，滾動修正現行醫療儀器維護保養計畫。

When medical institutions purchase, verify, and start using new medical devices (MD), they need to prepare maintenance programs to ensure normal operation of the devices. The performance of MD may deteriorate over time and the maintenance period needs to be adjusted. However, there are many types of MD with different risks to be routinely checked and maintained. A huge human power is required if all MD are to be examined anytime. Therefore, a good system is need to monitor the maintenance programs. We reviewed and revised current MD maintenance programs according to WHO's suggestions, so that statistical difference was reached between the scores of instruments with and without maintenance plans. In the future, the maintenance plans can be adjusted dynamically according to the average failure time of each device.
