摘要


傳統問卷調查的資料收集與分析需要耗費大量的人力、時間與金錢;自動化與即時化是問卷調查與分析必要的走向。現今科技發達,網路的應用無遠弗屆。雖有平台提供使用者建立雲端問卷及問卷資料的初步統計分析,但這些平台不是內容過於簡單,就是需要收費。Shiny是RStudio公司所提出供R軟體使用的套件,主要是作為互動式的資料探索與分析的工具。本文成功地提出一套以Shiny套件為基礎的雲端問卷調查暨即時分析系統的建立方法,在建立好能反應問卷內容的問卷資訊檔並上傳至該系統之後,系統將自動建立符合此套格式的雲端問卷app、資料庫系統以及即時分析app。使得問卷收集與資料呈現完全的自動化與即時性。文中所提出的方法,適用各種能定義問卷內容的建置。文中將以振興三倍券滿意度調查問卷為例,示範此套系統的功用及方便性。

The data collection and analysis of traditional questionnaire surveys require a lot of manpower, time and money. Automation and immediacy are the necessary trends for questionnaire survey and analysis. With advanced technology nowadays, the application of the Internet is far-reaching. Although there are platforms that provide users with cloud questionnaires and preliminary statistical analysis of questionnaire data, these platforms are either too simple in content or require fees. Shiny is a package for R software proposed by RStudio, mainly as an interactive data exploration and analysis tool. This article successfully proposes a method for establishing a cloud questionnaire survey and a real-time analysis system based on the Shiny package. After creating the questionnaire information file that reflects the content of questionnaire and uploading it to the system, the system will automatically create a cloud questionnaire app, database system and real-time analysis app. This system will make the questionnaire collection and data analysis completely automatic and instantaneous. The method proposed in the article is applicable to the establishment of various definable questionnaires. This article will take the stimulus vouchers satisfaction questionnaire as an example to demonstrate the function and convenience of this system.
