運用低強度再生材料替代橋樑進橋板之探討

STUDY ON Refilled Low Strength Recycle Material Are Being Substituted for near Bridge Abutment

摘要


橋樑為連接兩端的構造物,而進橋板則是銜接橋樑及引道的共同附屬設施,目的則是用於緩和橋台內側構造物與填土部分遽變產生差異沉陷為主,以達成平順銜接橋面與橋台背之引道路面。如果能直接改善回填材料自身的性質,以再生及現地材料之狀況下,無需特殊施工機具下,能減少沉陷量,讓橋台與引道能平順接合,使道路橋樑能夠提供用路人有更舒適的行車旅程,故提出改良CLSM 以符合台灣之施工狀況之「低強度再生材料」,來解決施工上的問題。

A bridge is fabrication that connects between two extremities, and a near bridge abutment is usually the adjunctive communication for connecting the bridge with the road that conducting to bridge. The purpose for using near bridge abutment is to appease difference of fabrication between inside of abutment and fill, in order to connect the bridge and the road that conducting to bridge smoothly. If fill its character can be improved under the conditions of reproducing the material that is available, and no needed to use any of machine and tool for the construction. This method can reduce differential settlement, which makes abutment and the road that conducting to bridge connects smoothly. Thus, offering people to have a better and more comfortable journey. For these reasons, this study advances to ameliorate CLSM in order to accord with low strength recycle material, which helps to solve problems of constructions.
