摘要

本文以一名80歲女性病患作為案例，探討巴林氏症候群（Balint syndrome）在磁振造影影像上的特性，巴林氏症候群是一種罕見的腦神經病變，其臨床表現主要包括視覺共濟失調症（optic ataxia）、移視失用症（ocular apraxia）、以及同時刺激失認症（simultagnosia）等症狀，其主要原因可能為多發性中風、阿茲海默症、顱內腫瘤或腦部損傷、中樞神經系統感染併發症、後腦皮質委縮等神經退化性疾病。在本文中，我們使用磁振造影，進行不同波序影像的比較，以更清楚的了解此一病症的影像特性。

This case report is according to an 80-year-old female patient to explore the characteristics of Balint syndrome with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Balint syndrome is a rare neurological disorder characterized by symptoms such as optic ataxia, ocular apraxia, and simultanagnosia. The main causes of the syndrome may be multiple strokes, Alzheimer's disease, intracranial tumors or brain damage, complications of central nervous system infections, posterior cortical atrophy, and other neurodegenerative diseases. In this article, we use MRI to compare different sequence images to better understand the characteristics of this syndrome with MRI.
