摘要

前牙錯咬是早期混合齒列時期常見的問題，係指上顎前牙被下顎前牙鎖在顎側，其可能源於骨骼因素或牙齒因素所造成。延誤治療可能會使得咬合情況惡化，如牙弓空間喪失、牙齒中線不對稱、患齒之唇側面之磨耗及創傷等等。前牙錯咬有許多種不同的治療方式，本病例為一位八歲男性孩童有左側上顎正中門齒的錯咬，歷經咬合斜面、壓舌板、活動矯正裝置等三種不同的矯正方式而達到正常的上下對咬關係。

Anterior cross-bite is a common problem in early mixed dentition. It may result from skeletal or dental origins. Delay treatment may complicate the problem, such as attrition of labial surface of the affected tooth, loss of arch dimension, in-coincidence of dental midline between maxillary and mandibular teeth, and traumatic occlusion, etc. is case report presents a treatment course for an 8 year-old boy with anterior cross-bite of maxillary left central incisor. We used three different appliances to correct anterior cross-bite one after another. The anterior cross-bite of this child patient was successfully corrected.
