This study uses a survey method to conduct convenient sampling of the current army joint armed battalion officers and soldiers (N=615) in order to understand the impact of organ-izational justice on organizational identity. The research results show that: Organizational justice has a significant predictive effect on organizational identity. The three dimensions of "Distributive Justice" of the Organizational Justice Scale are positively correlated with the four dimensions of "emotion" of the Organizational Identity Scale. The scores of years of service on various scales are in an M-type distribution, that is, seniors and juniors have higher scores, and seniors have lower scores. The battle force scored lower than the ser-vice support force; and among the various branch and class, the armored scored the lowest. Finally, based on the research results put forward suggestion.
