漸進式目標設定在西式划船之探討

Investigation on Progressive Goal Setting in Rowing

摘要


目標設定理論由Locke(1968)提出之後,已廣泛的被應用到各領域中,也都被證實是一種非常有效的激勵員工,提升團隊士氣,增加產量、及提昇運動成績的重要方法。 然而,將目標設定理論應用在西式划船運動方面並無研究,促使筆者將國內有關運動領域中目標設定的研究文獻加以分析整理。本文的目的在於以漸進式的目標設定應用在西式划船教學中,藉以提供教練和選手對漸進式目標設定的了解並且設定一項實際的目標以及有效的達成目標。

Goal setting theory (Locke, 1968) has applied to various fields. It's been proved to be an effective and important way to inspire the employees, raise the morale of the team, increase the output and enhance the performance of athletics. However, there's no research about goal setting theory applied to rowing, that urges the author to analyze the literature of goal setting theory in the field of athletics. The purpose of this study is to apply progressive goal setting in teaching rowing. To help the coaches and the players comprehend progressive goal setting and set a practical goal to achieve effectively.
