摘要
日本厚生勞動省（Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare）的機構組成上，在勞動關係部分，包括都道府縣勞動局、勞動基準監督署、公共職業安定所等；在厚生關係（社會福利衛生）部分，則有地方厚生局、檢疫所、國立癌症中心等。厚生勞動省分支機構的勞働基準監督署（Labour Standards Inspection Office），負責監督工作場所，並根據「勞動基準法」和其他員工保護法律法規提供員工賠償保險，簡稱為「勞基署」、「勞基」、「監督署」。勞動基準監督官的工作場域主要是在勞動基準局的監督課、勞動條件確保改善對策室、賃金時間課等。本研究將探討日本勞動基準監督官的監督工作亦即勞動檢查工作內容、流程與現況，提供做為我國勞動部勞動檢查之參考。

The labor field supervisor's work area is mainly in the supervision department of the Labor Standards Bureau, the labor conditions to ensure improvement measures room and the rent time class. This study will explore the supervision work of the Japanese Labor Standards Supervisor, that is, the content, process and current status of the labor inspection work, and provide reference for labor inspection of the Ministry of Labor of Taiwan.
