摘要

子宮內膜異位症，是常見的婦產科疾病之一，常以性腺荷爾蒙刺激素類似劑、雄性激素、口服避孕藥、黃體素等藥物治療子宮內膜異位症，目標爲壓抑內生性的雌性激素產生，但是常會引起潮熱、骨質疏鬆、憂鬱的產生，因此病患無法長期服用。子宮內膜異位也可以手術切除，但是有較高復發率。
本文是子宮內膜異位侵犯卵巢的病例，右邊卵巢巧克力囊腫是1.8公分，左邊的卵巢巧克力囊腫是2.6公分，病患接受中醫治療，並且規律接受婦產科超音波追蹤，初期僅以活血化瘀藥治療，療效不彰，增加扶正藥物的使用後，攻補兼施，病位逐漸減小，最後消失。

Endometriosis is one of the most common gynecological disorders. As to now, medical treatments of endometriosis are focused on the suppression of endogenous estrogen production with the application of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues, androgenic agents, oral contraceptives, progestins. 1,2 However, this may induce substantial side effects such as hot flashes, depression and osteoporosis, limiting the long-term application of this therapy. Alternatively, endometriotic lesions can also be surgically removed, but this is associated with high recurrence rates.
This case is ovarian endometriosis. The size of the right ovarian chocolate cyst is 1.8cm, while the left one is 2.6cm. The patient has received traditional Chinese medicine treatments for endometriosis and was followed up regularly with ultrasound. Initially, the treatment is concentrated on invigorating blood circulation and dissolving blood stasis. The result was not satisfactory. Therefore, herbs of strengthening body resistance with combination of reinforcement and elimination nature are prescribed, and the size of cyst reduced and finally disappeared.
