不同心肺適能老年人在認知任務執行時對大腦區塊之影響

Effect of Brain Area on Cardiorespiratory Fitness during Cognitive Task Execution in Elder

摘要


老化會造成生理各項功能的衰退,其中最嚴重是大腦認知功能的衰退,研究證實,運動可以有效地延緩老化現象,對大腦功能區塊的連結是否能夠有效的影響;本研究以不同程度心肺適能老年人,執行聽覺認知任務,大腦是否會有不同的空間差異?方法:本研究共分析30 位受試者:低心肺適能9 名(年齡:69.56 ± 3.65)、中心肺適能10 名(69.33 ±3.41)及高心肺適能11 名(67.79 ± 2.32)健康老年人共三組,以高時間與空間解析度的腦磁圖儀,結合聽覺任務執行(GO/NO GO TASK)同步擷取任務判斷時,腦部磁場訊號進行分析。結果:發現所有受試者在錯誤與正確答題反應時,大腦空間Z 軸有明顯差異(t= -2.38, p = .02);另一由布羅德曼區塊進行分析發現:錯誤答題時三組均僅有左腦產生活化、而其中三組左腦的前扣帶迴、中前額葉迴、中央前迴、上前額葉迴等均有活化;而在正確答題反應:左右腦功能區塊明顯活化程度較為廣泛,其中正確答題下左右腦均有活化部位為中前額葉迴、僅在右腦且三組皆有活化區塊為為中前額葉迴及前扣帶迴,而左腦為中前額葉迴及上前額葉迴等。研究結論:心肺適能程度高者,大腦皮質在進行聽覺認知任務執行時,對於大腦功能區塊的活化層面較為廣泛。

Aging can cause decline of physiological functions, among the most serious is the deficiency of cognitive function, research evidenced that exercise can effectively delay aging, whether brain function areas connectivity can effectively affect. In this study, use of different levels of cardiorespiratory fitness elderly, leading to execute auditory cognitive task, whether the brain have different spatial differences? Methods: This study total analyzed 30 subjects: lower level cardiorespiratory fitness have 9 healthy older adults (mean age: 69.56 ± 3.65 [SD]), intermediate level cardiorespiratory fitness have 10 healthy older adults (mean age: 69.33 ± 3.41), advanced level cardiorespiratory fitness have 11 health older adults (mean age: 67.79 ±2.32), total three groups of subjects, the study use high temporal and spatial resolution of Magnetoencephalography (MEG) instrument, combined with auditory task execution (GO/ NO GO TASK) and synchronous collection brain magnetic signals to analyze. Results: found that brain space parameter-Z axis there were significant differences at wrong and right answer reaction (t = -2.38, p = .02); Another analysis found via Brodmann area: All group just left brain to produce activated in wrong answer reaction, and all groups left hemisphere are activated in Anterior Cingulate Cortex (ACC), Middle Frontal Gyrus (MFG), Precentral Gyrus (PG), Superior Frontal Gyrus (SFG), etc. And the other right answer reaction : we frond left and right brain functional area significantly more extensive activation level, when the correct answer, left and right hemisphere are activated in MFG, only right hemisphere and all group are activated in MFG, ACC. The opposite of left hemisphere in MFG and SFG. Conclusions: High level of cardiorespiratory fitness people’s brain function areas activation plane more widely when cerebral cortex be execute auditory cognitive tasks performed.
