By going over the history of Myanmar, its political climate and religious background, it can clearly be seen that the problems are hard to be resolved within a short time. This research analyzes the contradictions between Rohingya and Myanmar by looking at the religions, constitutional law and human rights in Myanmar. The discussion on this issue starts from the normative and descriptive perspectives. It is expected that this research can provide different options for resolving the contradictions between the two sides.
