馬藍(Strobilanthes cusia (Nees) O. Kuntze)爲爵床科(Acanthaceae)植物,其根和莖習稱爲“南板藍根”,味苦性寒,具有清熱解毒,涼血消腫之功效,爲板藍根的基原植物之一。 馬藍之商品品質不一,共有六種,本實驗就臺灣產馬藍Strobilanthes cusia進行一系列之層析分離及純化共得到10個化合物,經光譜分析及化學方法並參考文獻資料確認結構爲2-hydroxyquinazolin-4(1H)-one (1)、2,4(1H,3H)-quinazolinedione (2)、4-methoxy-2(1H)-quinazolineone (3)、2-hydroxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one (4)、2-benzoxazolinone (5)、indirubin (6)、tryptanthrin (7)、lupeol (8)、betulin (9)和1-hydroxy-3-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone (10)。其中1、3和10三個化合物爲首次自本植物分離之化合物。
The root of Strobilanthes cusia, popularly known as ”Ban-Lan-Gan” is a herb commonly used in Chinese medicine for antipyretic, antiviral, and detoxifying purpose. Chromatographic separation of a methanol extract of Strobilanthes cusia resulted in the isolation of ten compounds. Based on the spectroscopic data and chemical analysis, the compounds were determined to be: (1.) 2-hydroxyquinazolin-4(1H)-one (2.) 2,4(1H,3H)-quinazolinedione (3.) 4-methoxy-2(1H)-quinazolineone (4.) 2-hydroxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one (5.) 2-benzoxazolinone (6.) indirubin (7.) tryptanthrin (8.) lupeol (9.) betulin (10.) 1-hydroxy-3-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone Among these, compounds 1, 3 and 10 were isolated for the first time from this plant.
