教育部於95學年將高中職全面恢復實施實彈射擊課程,配合全民國防教育多元教學活動,高中職規劃自動步槍射擊訓練課程,讓全民國防教育走出紙上談兵的巢臼。本研究旨在探討桃園高中一年級學生對射擊課程之學習滿意度與學習成效之情形,以106學年度學生計860人為研究對象,採網路google表單問卷填報有786人,有效填答率91.3%,經統計分析獲得以下結論:一、桃園高中一年級學生對射擊課程教學上,其學習滿意度以「教官教學」為最高,其次依序為「班級氣氛」、「場地器材」與「安全衛生」。二、在其學習成效以「情意」诶最高,其次依序為「技能」與「認知」,特別「認知」因素以男生的學習成效均大於女生。三、學習滿意度高者,其學習成效亦高;在學習滿意度對學習成效的影響是正向的,其中「教官教學」好壞,最能直接影響「學習成效」。四、本研究建議持續辦理軍訓教官能研習活動,以及透過全民國防教育必修學分,學校能結合防衛動員課程來規劃實彈射擊活動,並提出未來具體的研究方向參考。
In line with the diverse policy on All-out Defense Education, the Ministry of Education resumed the shooting courses at general and vocational high schools in 2006. These schools started to design rifle shooting into curricula so that defense teaching would not be an empty talk on paper. This study explores learning satisfaction and effectiveness of freshmen at Taoyuan Senior High School. 860 students of Class 2017 were surveyed via Google Forms and 786 filled out, a response rate of 91.3%. After statistical analysis, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. In regards to the shooting course, students of Taoyuan Senior High are most satisfied with "Teaching Techniques of Instructors", followed by "Classroom Atmosphere", "Location and Equipment", and "Safety and Hygiene". 2. "Affective Domain" scores the highest on learning effectiveness, followed by "Psychomotor Domain" and "Cognitive Domain", and boys show greater learning effectiveness than girls. 3. The higher the learning satisfaction students have, the higher the learning effectiveness there are. Learning satisfaction has a positive influence on learning effectiveness. And teaching techniques of instructors are the key factor of learning effectiveness. 4. This study proposes to continue arranging on-the-job training for military instructors. It is also recommended that through compulsory credits for national defense education at general and vocational high schools, as well as shooting activities of defense mobilization courses, specific research directions would be proposed in the future.
