澎湖石滬群發展生態觀光的可行性分析
Feasibility Study of Developing Ecotourism by Penghu Stone Tidal Weirs
摘要
本研究旨在探討澎湖石滬發展生態觀光的可行性，由澎湖石滬的漁業文化與生態特色先建立初步架構，再藉由專家學者的訪談，蒐集推動的相關因素，進而建立澎湖石滬發展生態觀光的可行性構面。爲達研究目的，設有兩個階段性問卷，第一階段問卷依據文獻蒐集、回顧，並運用「修正式德爾菲法」，透過31位專家群意見的整合，建立一套評估石滬發展生態觀光的指標架構。第一階段問卷於2006/10/29~2006/11/05日實施，接著透過回收專家問卷的回饋意見，分析歸納設計成第二階段「層級分析法」問卷，問卷實施時間爲2007/01/05~2007/01/12，在第二階段31位專家問卷回收後，則利用Expert Choice 11軟體，進行指標的權重分析，由此建立澎湖石滬發展生態觀光相關構面的優先次序，並可提供政府相關部門做爲規劃管理石滬發展生態觀光之參考。

The objective of this study is to explore the feasibility of developing ecotourism by Penghu stone tidal weirs. This study starts from the original structure of fishing culture of Penghu, stone tidal weirs, expert interview to a feasible structure of developing ecotourism by Penghu stone tidal weirs. To achieve the research objective, there were two stage questionnaires. The first stage questionnaire was to develop an index structure of evaluating the ecotourism development of Penghu stone tidal weirs by literature collection and review with modified Delphi method integrating the opinions of 31 experts. The first stage questionnaire was conducted between 2006/10/29 and 2006/11/05. The feedback opinion was induced as AHP questionnaire of the second stage. The first stage questionnaire was conducted between 2007/01/05 and 2007/01/12. After the questionnaires of 31 experts were collected, the results were analyzed by Expert Choice 11 program to proceed the index weighting analysis for constructing the priority of developing ecotourism of Penghu stone tidal weirs. The results can also be used as references for related government agencies for the ecotourism planning and management of Penghu stone tidal weirs.
