宋代建盞再現-福建建陽地區建盞工藝初探

Re-emergence of Ancient Imperial Splendors - A Study on Jianzhan Tea Bow of Jianyang Region in Fujian Province

摘要


斷絕近千年的宋代建盞工藝,在各界持續不斷的努力下,長期的投入研究與復燒終有成果,於1981年兔毫盞復燒成功後,吸引更多工藝師們投入,形成百家爭鳴的局面,爰此也讓全球對於建盞能有更多的認識與瞭解。本研究先從歷史上建盞的風華做介紹,繼而從建陽地區在製作建盞的土胎、釉料與燒製的特性了解,分析建盞的製作工序與產品形成的技術與難度,理解建盞的珍貴與稀有性,並賞析建盞工藝作品的美。建盞工藝有別於其他工藝,除了生活的實用性外,同時兼具藝術的欣賞性,絕不是束之高閣只能遠觀而無法近賞的工藝品。建盞工藝雖然復興不足40年,但已經在全球陶瓷界颳起偌大的旋風,因此本研究期從文獻、專書、期刊、論文與訪談等資料分析與整理,將建盞工藝之美以簡要方式進行研究與賞析。

The craft of Jian ware of Song dynasty has been lost for nearly a millennium, and after continued efforts and three years investments from across all sectors in the research and restoration of the craft, we have finally seen some results. After the successful replication of Rabbit-fur Tea Bowl in 1981, more and more craftsmen have since been drawn to the art, creating a thriving and competitive scene, and also allowing the world to learn and understand more about Jian ware tea bowls. This study will first introduce the splendors of Jian ware in history, Then, by focusing on the clay bodies of Jian ware made in Jianyang region and the unique properties of glaze and firing process, the study examines and analyzes the production procedures and related difficulty of Jian ware in order to fully understand its preciousness and rarity, as well as to appreciate the beauty of modern works of Jian ware. The craft of Jian ware is unlike any others; in addition to practicality, it also emphasizes artistic quality. These tea bowls are definitely not crafts that are to be kept behind glass windows away from people. Although it has been less than four decades since the restoration of the craft of Jian ware, it has already taken the world of ceramics by storm. Therefore, this study analyzes and sorts through information, such as documents, publications, periodicals, and interviews, to promote and analyze the beauty of Jian ware in a more straightforward and precise way.
