摘要

本文說明小水力發電相關問題，研究利用現有水利設施，包括水庫堰壩、水力電廠、灌溉渠道等輸排水管道與台電公司投資興建設置小水力發電機組的可行性（不包括新型/流速型微型機組），利用各種分析方式，篩選出較具潛能的小水力發電廠址。

This paper describes the problems associated with small hydroelectric power generation, and analyze the use of existing water conservancy facilities, such as reservoir dams, Hydraulic power plants, or irrigation channels, where these facilities provide the supply and drainage pipes and the feasibility of Small hydroelectric generating set from Taipower Company (Except new or flow-type micro-units). In addition, this paper uses variety of analytical methods, and selects more potential small hydroelectric power plant site.
