企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)系統是以流程為導向的整合性資訊系統,已經是全世界企業爭相設置的資訊工具。然而導入ERP系統是耗成本及時間,且導入失敗案例也不少。因此若能找出影響企業導入ERP的關鍵因素,可降低導入失敗的機率。過去文獻大多探討ERP系統導入之成功關鍵因素,但較少有研究以組織特性層面因子來考慮ERP系統採用決筞。此外,國內外學者在探討ERP系統相關議題時,大多採用問卷及個案研究的方式探討。本研究以邏輯斯迴歸方式透過相關組織特性變數的衡量,探討組織特性因素是否影響企業採用ERP決策,以驗證組織特性與ERP採用決策之關聯性。實證結果發現公司規模與ERP系統的採用成正相關,公司成立年數與ERP系統的採用成負相關。本研究之研究結果可提供給未導入及正欲導入ERP系統之管理者,在考慮採用ERP系統時之參考。
An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is a process-oriented and integrated information system. Currently, numerous firms worldwide have implemented ERP systems. However, ERP implementation is costly and time-consuming; thus, not all firms have been successful in implementing ERP systems. To reduce the probability of failure of implementing ERP, understanding the factors that affect the adoption of ERP is crucial. Previous studies on ERP have primarily focused on key success factors associated with ERP implementation. Moreover, most studies have explored ERP-related problems by using questionnaire surveys or case studies. The current study adopted the logistic regression method to determine the organizational factors that affect the adoption of ERP systems. The results indicated that the size of the organization has a significantly positive influence on ERP adoption, whereas the age of the organization exerts a significantly negative effect on ERP adoption. These findings can serve as a guide for managers whose organizations consider implementing an ERP system.
