This article is aimed at Kpop's globe popularity, including international music awards and music charts, as well as music commodity and concert selling. Using literature analysis research method, with Wikipedia, entertainment company's official website, YouTube videos, media reports, and blog information, This article analyzed the funds of Korean entertainment companies, the system of talent trainees education, international business ambition, and diverse marketing and promotion methods. I hope this article can provide understanding about Kpop based on the perspective of business management, the process of production and global marketing, not just only the content and hardware construction of Korean cultural and creative industries, or discussing the style of music, dance and artist appearance.
