摘要

本論文以寵物貓和飼主間共同的產品使用經驗為切入點，提升貓食碗的廣泛使用性及改善寵物貓進食的過程；同時，探討伴隨更多的附加功能與科技輔助的必要性，可望能解決多貓飼養家庭，無法有效控制飲食量及清潔容器之條件。本研究針對市面上現有的貓食碗產品作為參考依據並歸納其本身產品之優缺點；接續，透過網路問卷發放的方式採訪有養貓經驗之飼主，進一步發現現有產品的問題點及需求，透過TRIZ理論解決三項具體矛盾問題，並分析挑選出具體且合適的解決原理，（1）適合不同品種貓咪使用（分離原理）、（2）保持飼料新鮮（孔隙物質原理）以及（3）適合特定貓咪所使用（分割／動態化原理）。此外，本研究透過實體模型的實際操作，對設計上的缺失逐步改良；最後，透過TOPSIS理論對設計樣本及市售四款產品進行系統性的驗證，分析飼主對於貓食碗滿意度的優劣排序。本研究除了研發出令飼主較為滿意之貓食碗，亦從中發現TRIZ法於產品開發過程中能給予明確方向，更能縮短開發時程。

The purpose of this study is to address the problems derived from the user experience shared by pet cats and the owners. By improving the usage of cat food bowls will enhance the situation pet cats face during dining process. At the same time, exploring the necessities of additional function and technological assistance. It is expected to solve the problem of multi-cat families, thus improving the living condition for both cats and owners by providing a better environment. This research took existing cat food bowl products on the market as a reference basis and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages; then, through online questionnaires, interviewed with cat owners who have experience in raising cats, further discovered the problems and needs of the existing products. By utilizing the TRIZ theory, the research solves three specific contradictory problems and analyzes the appropriate solutions as following: (1) suitable for different breeds of cats (principle of Extraction), (2) maintain hygiene and freshness of cat food (principle of porous materials), (3) suitable for use by specific cats (principle of segmentation and dynamics). This study gradually improved the design flaws through operation of physical models; finally, systematically verified the design sample and four commercial products on the market through TOPSIS theory, and analyzed the ranking of users' experience among the tested cat food bowls. In addition to developing cat food bowls that are able to satisfy owners, this study also proved that TRIZ theory can provide clear directions in developing process, and at the same time shorten the development timeline.
