法律通識課程及教學的設計:以證券法規為例

Design and Teaching of the Legal Course: Securities Regulation as an Example

摘要


本文就充實法律通識課程的角度,提出證券法規課程及教學的設計。內容主要來自筆者個人研究後的思考與總結,主要聚焦於證券交易法,並以股票市場為主。內容包括三大部分:立法意旨與體例、股票市場參與者與相關犯罪問題。希望藉此能兼顧法條解釋、協同教學、個案討論與學生參與。

The purpose of this paper is to conceive a course design of Securities and its teaching so as to make it enriched as a discipline of general education. The main content comes from my thinking and summary after thorough research. It emphasizes on securities act, concluding the ideas of legislation, players of stock market and crimes. This design attempts to combine the interpretation of clauses, joint teaching, case study and student participation.
